YOUR SESSIONS, PAYMENTS AND CHANGES
Session details:
Your 1:1 sessions are delivered online via Video call, unless your preference is for Telephone sessions.
Each session is a minimum of 50 minutes and a maximum of an hour. It’s also recommended that you allow yourself some processing time following your sessions.
We will meet at regular intervals that will be agreed between us when we commence working together.
I usually use the Zoom platform and send meeting links by email in advance of each session. Please ensure that you have a working wi-fi connection and sufficient privacy and space for your sessions.
All services, packages and offers must be paid for in advance at the time of booking. There is also an administration fee of £60 per hour for extra administration or email communication we enter into that falls beyond the scope of our package that is payable upon invoice.
I accept payments by Bank Transfer.
There may be an option to process credit card payments via the Stripe platform but these incur an additional 5% administration charge. If you wish to use this facility please ask.
Changes
While we are working together, if you need to change the date &/or time of a session, I will rearrange at a mutually convenient time for us both at no extra cost in the event of you providing me with more than 48 hours notice of the change.
Changes that take place less than 48 hours prior to your session will result in the loss of that session.
If I need to postpone your session due to an emergency or sickness, I will offer you the opportunity to rebook your session at a mutually convenient time for us both.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session or not available without prior notice, you will lose that session. If you are late and arrive within 15 minutes of our session time, I will be able to proceed with the remainder of your session at my discretion.
Breaks In Service
I ask that if you’re planning a holiday while we are working together that you let me know at least two weeks in advance so that we can discuss how this impacts your therapy if we are having regular sessions. I will also offer you at least two weeks notice of my holidays or planned absences if we are having regular sessions.
If we agree to pause therapy for a period of weeks or months (beyond the scope of holidays), recommencing the work will depend upon my availability and schedule.
Ending Therapy
It is important to wrap up our therapeutic relationship when our work together is complete. If you decide to end therapy then I ask for two week’s notice and your final session will involve a supportive discussion to tie up loose ends, consolidate your learning or insights and agree how you will maintain positive changes as you move forward.
Refunds
I offer packages and programs of support and education with advance payment that are strictly non-refundable.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
Anything you disclose to me during our time together is confidential with the exception of disclosures of risk of serious harm to yourself or another person, concerns about the safety of a child or involvement in illegal activity when I am required to make a disclosure under UK/EU Law as I reside in the UK.
